Excellent experience

I highly recommend Dublin Square! I've had nothing but a positive experience here. The staff are very responsive and the grounds are well kept. Any time I've needed something, the staff have come quickly or responded in record time. They are friendly and make time to assist residents with a smile. They have been very good to work with!

Love living here

I have been at Dublin Square for just over a year now and it's been 1 if the best places I've lived. The management team of Lindsay and Vanessa and the maintenance staff are great. They are easy to talk with and are on top of any issues that come.

10/10 Recommend

I highly recommend living at Dublin Square. The ladies and maintenance crew are always kind. My dog, Ernie, also loves it here! He’s made a few friends at the little dog park on the complex. The neighborhood is newer and thriving.

Short lease turns into 2 years

Rented a few months before Pandemic and had only planned to stay a short time. Life threw us some curve balls and we were not able to find a house until last week. I’m glad to be in my own home again but can honestly say I will miss the top notch service from the Dublin/Lloyd staff!

Recommend

I love the concept of their ‘townhouse’ style apartments. So convenient to walkout outside from the front door of your apartment (instead of waking through a hallway). I give their amenities a 4/5 because I wish there were more dog clean up stations around the facility, a larger fitness studio/gym for the amount of residents living here, & a larger pool area. Friendly staff & great maintenance. Overall, I recommend Dublin Square apartments.

I am so happy to call Dublin Square my home!

I recently had an issue with my washer and it took a couple days to get it fixed, Lindsey offered me a different unit that was not being used to go ahead and use the washer and I couldn't have been more thankful! Lindsey and the Dublin Team are so wonderful to work with. They go above and beyond any issues you might have. Lindsey keeps great communication and answers all your questions. This is truly the best place to live in Sioux Falls!
